This weekend is dedicated only to yourself! We invite you on a journey to your energy sources with yoga and magical rituals to celebrate spring and get in tune with yourself and nature.

you'll begin the day in stillness with mediation and pranayama, and rebalance your heart chakra with a Chakra Vinyasa Flow. In Yin Yoga you connect with yourself, learn to linger in stillness and become more aware of your body.

Look forward to forest bathing and ecstatic dance under the starry sky.

During the day you have time for yourself to explore the surroundings or relax by the pool.

The language of instruction will be English.
